I arrived at the airport and among many people trying to invite me to their Guest House, they where the most honest and true. Therefore I went to their guest house and it was the best decision I took. They have offered me a good rate. They have been like a family making sure that I was always pleased with the service. It is a guest house with reasonable rates, but I felt like if I was in a five star hotel!
They have anytime room service either in day or night. Good food and always someone available to provide me with whatever I want. You want to travel somewhere in the country? They are also there to offer you different option at good rates with people reliable to make you live a good experience in Nepal. They are proud to be Nepalese and they make you want to live here forever. It is simple: they become your family!!!

We were recommended to stay at the Annapurna Guest House by a friend whom we met travelling in India. Upon arrival in Kathmandu airport it was a wonderful surprise to find Manjit Thapa (Owner) waiting for our arrival which made the transition into Nepal wonderful. Manjit and all of his staff were helpful with every facet of our travel and experience in Nepal and we would highly recommend the Annapurna Guest House for it’s excellent restaurant, location to all facilities in Kathmandu and of course the high quality of the rooms and staff.

Desde el primer mensaje que mande a Annapurna Guest House me atendieron estupendamente. Al llegar a Kathmandu me recibieron en el aeropuerto y me acogieron muy amablemente. La familia Thapa es realmente muy agradable y se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huespedes.
Las habitaciones son correctas, estan muy bien calidad-precio.Tiene servicio de restaurante (los “cheese pokada” estan riquisimos!) y una terraza desde donde se divisa parte de la ciudad.

with Manjit, it was clear that he would do his best to make
our stay as comfortable as possible. We choose to trust our

Here is english translation:
I have been in Annapurna guesthouse first time in 1997, when
I was in Kathmandu, Nepal. In coming years 1998 and 1999 we
came to this place again, because it was simply fine, we felt
always welcomed and when we left some things there while trekking,
we have always found them OK. And so I have decided to come
back after many years again in october 2006. Annapurna guesthouse
was moved few meters from former one, but family of Manjit
was there and that was the most important. I feel that I come
back to this place like to my home and so I can recommend
it fully. On the top it is in quiet street in Thamel, close
to everything. You can book accommodation via internet and
once you land at the airport, Manjit or someone from family
will wait for your with flower necklace.....
